What personal data we collect and why

As you browse our site, we collect technical navigation data, such as digital identifiers (IDs, etc.) and other data also based on the specific Cookies profile you choose. Technical Cookies are installed without the need for your consent in order to ensure that you can browse the site you visit and, in any case, for the legitimate interest of the owner consisting in the information in order to its organization and its activity through website and social media. Analytical Cookies, i.e., those that allow to perform statistics in order to access the site) or profiling (i.e., those that allow to customize the navigation and functions offered) are, however, installed only against your express consent.
If you decide to contact us or interact with us through the appropriate features of the site (such as contact form/sending data via online application) or our contact details, in addition, we may process your generic personal data, such as (but not limited to): first name, last name, contact details, etc., in order to respond to your requests or, in any case, to satisfy our legitimate interest consisting in the interaction with potential customers and/or simply people interested in our business.

Who will have access to your personal data

Access to the data is, as a rule, restricted to the Data Controller. In the event that, in order to fulfill the purposes of the specific processing outlined above, the Data Controller decides to make use of services provided by third parties (contractors, etc.) it will proceed to appoint these third parties as co-processors.
For the transfer to third parties outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland, including the transfer that should occur in the course of the use of cloud computing services, the Controller, in addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, will have to adopt adequate safeguards, binding corporate rules or transfer the
data on the basis of an adequacy decision or other appropriate protection mechanism recognized by the European Commission.
The updated list of data controllers and third parties outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland who have access to your personal data may be requested by you directly from the controller (see section “About the controller, contacts for information, requests and complaints”).

Description of Processing

The data we collect will be used exclusively for the purposes explained in the paragraph “What personal data we collect and why” and will be processed for the time of one year (12 months) or for the different term that may be required by the need to promote or defend a right in judicial or administrative proceedings or to comply with an order of the constituted Authority. The processing will be done with electronic tools and appropriate security measures will be taken to protect the confidentiality of your data. What are your rights and how you can exercise them

You have the right to access, at any time, the personal data we process and to have it corrected and updated. For processing by electronic means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. We will also, at your request, transmit your personal data, on the above format, to another operator of your choice.
Under certain conditions, you have the right to request the restriction or deletion of your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent given for certain processing. In such cases, however, the services we offer and for which we need to process your personal data may no longer be deliverable and/or usable by you.
