The Bread Making Class and the Extra Vergin Olive Oil Tasting

As a local, I love to use my connections to let my clients see places and have experiences which are far away from the beaten path ❤ so that they’ll not only visit the hidden gems close to the cruise pier but they’ll have an indepth experience of the local culture, connect with the locals and, most importantly, have fun!!!🤩

Tolfa, Allumiere and La Bianca are three amazing villages close each other which boast an ancient history, a gourgeous nature, organic products and lively traditions rooted in the past!!! In La Bianca you’ll have the opportunity to visit a traditional family run bakery: you’ll enjoy a bread making class and you’ll be trained by the expert owner and baker 😃

Afterwards il will be the turn of the Leather workshop in Tolfa! They have been producing leather items for hundreds years and they started to create objects made of leather in order to provide the local cowboys (named “Butteri”) with everything they needed (boots, saddles and bags). We’ll stroll along Tolfa’s alleyways and, the last but not the least, you’ll head to Allumiere and taste its delicious organic extra vergin olive oil, produced by the “Università Agraria of Allumiere” for the benefit of the whole community.
