The historic medieval center of Calcata, perched on a tuff mountain , dominates the green valley of the Treja river and offers a fairytale landscape and one of the most enchanting landscapes of the Lazio region.
Ceri, located on a tufaceous plateau, was inhabited both by the Etruscans and the Romans. Its crenellated walls surround the ancient houses, the Square, the Church of the Immaculate Conception and the Torlonia Palace.
Your lunch break will be in a restaurant by the Bracciano Lake

WALKING DIFFICULTY
the route includes a few slightly steep old cobbled streets
Comfortable shoes and a hat are recommended.
